We are a team of dedicated international professionals and local experts, led by our co-founders Zuzana Eden and Alvaro Oliveira.
Zuzana Eden
An entrepreneur, a communications specialist, and an accomplished negotiator, Zuzana brings an attention to detail, a wealth of client relations and project management experience, and the ultimate understanding of our clients’ bespoke renovation needs. Slovakian by birth, she has spent most of her life in London. Working in a variety of in-house and agency communications roles for European and American tech and lifestyle companies has given her an innate understanding of the nuances of different cultures and people. When Zuzana and her family relocated to Cascais, the unsatisfactory renovation of her current home led her to found RNST.
Alvaro Oliveira
Originally from Portugal, Alvaro has more than 20 years’ worth of international training and experience working in construction and maintenance in Switzerland and the UK. Combining his appreciation of international standards for project management with a deep understanding of local culture, and the nuances of the Portuguese renovation and construction market, he’s not afraid to get his hands dirty to ensure your project is delivered on time, and at the highest level of quality.
