Roy Eden

A lawyer and MRICS-qualified surveyor, Roy has spent over 20 years as CEO and COO building businesses across European real estate. As co-founder of Bravo Investment House and The Quarters by Bravo, one of London's pioneering build-to-rent portfolios, Roy is a member of the British Property Federation and has navigated the full lifecycle of European real estate: developments, acquisitions, finance, operations, and complex legal and tax structuring. Renest is where that experience comes together.
Roy builds teams that deliver and manages complexity without compromise. When obstacles emerge, and in renovation they always do, clients rely on his leadership because he doesn't step back. He solves the problem and keeps the project going.
Zuzana Eden
Co-Founder
Zuzana spent most of her career leading in-house communications for US-based cloud and data companies with early agency experience in London's tech and lifestyle sector. As a Global Director of integrated marketing communications, she led teams and campaigns across global markets, navigating cultural complexity and delivering clarity under pressure across large international teams.
That experience translates directly into how Renest operates. Zuzana leads client relations, new business development, marketing, partnerships and social media. She preempts clients' needs before they've articulated them, spots friction before it appears and ensures conversations stay clear when nothing else is. Clients return and they recommend Renest to others because she ensures they are always looked after.

With a background in mechanical engineering and behavioural economics, Noam has built and run international businesses where precision determines success. He has worked across construction tech, sustainable energy, and operations where margin for error is zero.
